Yogi Saurabh Sharma founded Swa Yogpeeth with an ambition to make the world more aware of the benefits of the authentic practice of Yoga. His late grandfather was his driving force who was attached to the roots of Indian culture, Vedic science, and Yoga. His grandfather was a renowned astrologer and he led his grandson to catch up with the right path of wellness. After completing his education he was influenced by the divine path of yoga and spirituality which is when he completed his Master’s in Yoga from the reputed Uttarakhand Sanskrit University. He holds experience of 9 years of teaching and is listed among the best yoga teachers in Rishikesh. His business acumen pursued him to open yoga studio in Gujarat and made him work with a renowned yoga studio in china for 2 years. Yogi Saurabh holds specialization in Yoga Therapy, Wheel Yoga, Gyno Therapy, Spine Therapy, Thyroid Therapy and Yin with flow yoga. He is a teacher who has dedicate his life to the teachings of Yoga.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher

Himakshi is an enthusiastic yoga practitioner who has on-field experience of more than 7 Years. She acquired her Yoga Teacher Training from Divine Yoga center, Rishikesh, in the year 2017. Along with her specialization course in Yoga therapy at Vikas Sanstha. Being a devoted practitioner she also holds a passion for Yoga competitions. Her proficiency made her distinct at it. She holds trophies for Rishikesh Open Yoga Asana Championship, Uttarakhand Yoga Culture Federation, The yoga program by Thomso17, and International Yoga Festival..

 

Her niche is Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, although she also practices Sujok Therapy, Marma Therapy, and Panchkarma. Her humbling nature bestows upon her students. She has a positive approach toward her profession as she enjoys being a teacher. She is a master at her own skills who desires to convey her knowledge further to people. The therapy knowledge she endures is the doting learning in today’s times when people are exploring natural remedies for diseases. These therapy techniques have scientifically been proven to enhance healing processes. Marma Therapy and Sujok Therapy uses bodily pressure points as a medium to release blocked energies within the body, a type of  skill which requires finesse to it.
